The Dam Smoker BBQ

The Dam Smoker started out in 1996 with the founder Gene's passion for smokin' bbq.  He actually hand-built his first smoker, which he still uses on occassion today.  What started out as a passion for good smoked bbq has turned into one of the Eustis hotspots for large portions at a fair price.  I think you will agree after checking out the pictures and menu prices below.  Be CAREFUL before viewing this site, because it will INDUCE HUNGER!
